sorry i won't be doing the classes today. ava and i are going to see muse and U2. this is another front loaded week so get ready (as in eat a ton and sleep a lot). if i were going to take a day off it would be thusday (but the thursday wod is fun).
7:24...first time with this WOD. The equipment here at Camp Cook isn't the best but I make it work. Definitely can't drop the weight on the floor. This place is not Crossfit friendly.
I will try to keep up with the workouts the best I can considering the circumstances. I can't wait to get back to my home...GSX! 11 day's and counting.
The main thing is that you are consistent with what and how you do things. That way you can track progress. The look on my face was shock, as 2 of the bad ass athletes and people I chase on a regular basis, I just assumed squat cleans.
solid work guys. nothing wrong with doing power cleans its just a different workout creatively named "power elizabeth." next time try it as rx'd with squat cleans and compare.

18:05, as Rx'd. With a few rounds of 185 back squats. And one sweat angel.
95lbs. as rx'd for dudes. 65lbs for the womens.

115, 125, 125 back squats. Josh 12:26 I think. Pull-ups got me too. My hands ripped with 9 left! Was chasing Ryan and chuck the whole time!
