Don't forget that tonight is the night of our November CrossFit Social. Free Parents' Night Out for our clients with kiddos and free burgers and dogs. Social will start at 6:30 and our WOD competition will begin at 7:00 with PRIZES for the winning team. Bring out the family (and the beer) and let's have some FUN!

Parker that is very funny, good job sir. But hey got a report back from Chris on his competition. The first WOD was Diane and he is third overall. The next WOD is "EVA" wish him luck in one of the worst work outs ever created. "EVA" is 800m run 30 kettle swings with the 2 pood and 30 pull-ups 5 rounds! ouch!
0900 and 1000 classes did an awesome job this morning! Great to see people throwing their hat in to do the advanced class, it was a tough WOD. 14:56, just trying to keep Ryan away long enough to finish.
10am WOD...pure suck!!
16:02 last rd gave up on d/u's and did 90 skips
Chris will represent us, no worries there! He is a beast!

Sorry I missed the social, guys. I was wiped out from the mudrun. Had a blast, though! Pics are posted on my facebook page. Ken ran the whole 10k beside us taking pictures the whole way. He's the best!!
