Gonna be hard to decide which ones to do, if not all.
I am right with you, Cas! "Girls" week should happen every three to six months, I think. Def motivating and it will be lots of fun!

Ok, when Chuck asked what we would like to see out of 2010, I said more of the bench mark workouts. Man, I didn't know I was going to be bitch slapped for 6 days!

Girls week totally rocks! It's like better than shark week! Also pr'd today with a 8:44.
Ok I haven't had a chance to say it yet but I was thoroughly impressed by this past saturday's rope climbers. Candice and Chris were awesome but Steve's performance was epic because his hands ripped early on and by the time he was finished he had about eight dime-sized bloody blisters on his hands! I was both impressed and slightly weirded out.
