Pick your battles. Know where to breathe, where to catch a brief rest, and know where your going next. Change your grip on the pull-ups as needed, and often. Same can be said of the push-ups. Follow the RX'd sequence if possible. The other way around is even less fun. Times in the teens will get you a firm handshake. Saw many high twenties earlier.
WOD as rx'd, 21 and some change. Was really excited to do this work out as I have been waiting for it to come around. I was actually really disappointed with my time and was hoping to do much better. Next time though, no worries.

As rx'd 23:16. Pull ups took me some time, especially at the end with 1 and 2 at a time. Good way to start the week.
Bravo, 0600 Crew. Sticking around and cheering Newly through those last pull-ups was what it's all about.
Our tribe. Issues and all.

Issues? I don't have any of those. WHO TOLD YOU ABOUT MY ISSUES!?!?!?!
Yay Newly and everyone that did unassisted pull ups. Amazing!!!
Any words of advice on this one, aside from suck it up and quit being a sissy?
