I didn't think this one would take as long as it did. 19:55 - Thrusters and box jumps were the slowing factor but hopefully it made the gas tank a little deeper. Bring an extra shirt to change into after you are done....great job this morning Travis, David and Mo!
***Interesting experiment*** My co-worker who competed last weekend and got a 17:40ish time re-did this workout with me this morning. Today she tried power clean/thruster rather than squat clean/jerk and improved her time to 14:59. Much easier on the legs she says. Wish she had known this a week ago...
I was with Jason this morning, thinking we could bust this out in no time. 25 minutes and 45 seconds later my quads were on fire and I was 'done'. Bring your A-game today for a great workout.
McKenzie and I were introduced to Fran tonight. McKenzie used the 21# bar and thin blue band - finished in 9:45. Me? 45# and nice thick green band - finished in 11:55. It's no 3 minute Fran, but it's a good introduction. I'm super proud of McK, she rocked it!
Great job Mck and Tracy. It's really fun to have a benchmark on the named WOD's. I can't believe I've never done Fran. I'll have to try it soon. I did Grace today (1st time) and loved it. Addicting. My weight was super scaled but now I'm not as scared of the movement. We're so fortunate to have such knowledgable trainers!!! Thank you for your help (and patience) tonight Josh & Ken.

Wow, this looks hard. I am going to attempt the qualifier WOD #1 this morning, solo. And yes, the weight will be scaled to 90lbs.
Wow, intense WOD. Planning on mainsite Grace today, but this looks even more challenging. Going to be a tough decision...

Welcome aboard Chris! The blog is definitely addicting.

Finished in about 19:30 as prescribed. Totally spent after. It is always nice to have Chris and all you other guys around to push me to go faster.
FYI I took it easier that first round based on Ken C's advice and it really worked out well.
