It was nice to workout yesterday after watching all of the elite guys go at it over the weekend. Speaking of that I took a couple of pictures while I was watching the qualifier. This is the link to the gallery.

Great time on the wod Chuck.

I also went with the full swing/1 pood, but time was not very good. 24:15.....really struggled on the burpees(as usual).

Thinking about doing the Crossfit Football a couple times a week. Has anyone else tried these wods?

Thanks Scott...I was spent.

I think quite a few people have hit the CF Football workouts and they are pretty brutal from what I've seen and heard. I haven't had time to try one yet but plan on making time for one soon.

Well Scott and Chuck, yall got me today. Was going to do the full hero WOD Hansen but only made 4 rounds and didnt think I would be able to get the 5th. This one completely wrecked me!! I think I even had snot bubbles, I know I know....those are pretty sexy. 2 pood KB swings and GHD sit ups-40:06. Not the best time but it was a great work out.

I think I am going to hit the CF Football this Thursday and test the waters. Looks tough.

20:35 I think. Great, very sweaty workout. Now that both hands are ripped from yesterday and I did 120 burpees today, I am due a good heavy lifting day. And a glass of wine.

I was just under 21 minutes swinging 1.5 pood. It was tough, burpees slowed me down. Although my motivation was looking up and seeing Buzzard throwing around the 2 pood and fighting his way through it.

Great time Kristy. Also Kristy made us all look bad yesterday with her great kip during Cindy.I didn't have much strength left in my arms, but Ava, Chris, and Raif all helped me out with my kip after the WOD today. I am getting there slowly but surely.

This was a body sweat workout. Loved it! Ok ladies, I start CF mainsite WOD's Friday. Anyone like to join me?? Will need to scale of course, but it's time for me to work areas I avoid...
