Since I judged this WOD during the qualifier I was curious how I might do.....8:59.....but keep in mind those competitors were knocking this out after a tough WOD that morning. Even more impressive!
Hip still hurting too much for the kip/burpee combo so did cfe workout instead. rowed 5 min then 3 min rest then repeat x 4 rounds 1300m,1342m,1378m, then 1418m or thereabouts total 5400m and change. Then wondered what I could do 1000m in so rowed a pr of 3:13.8.
ps Mike D., we still need a commitment out of you for next year's qualifier. You already have the endurance and your strength is improving sooo....?
pss Rhonda, you come along and cheer and I will carry your bags.
psss Does anyone else think I look like a circa 1930's wrestler in the wod 3 box jump picture? The new diet starts today.
I don't know what you are talking about. I never look at hot shirtless boy pics...but since you are a Dad and husband...you should certainly take good care of yourself and forward Deavers lots of pics for other people to be the judge of.

I opted for the Tuesday CF Football Workout.
3 sets of max rep handstand pushups
11-Green Band
15-Green Band
16-Green Band
Six Rounds for time of
3 Overhead however you need to of 155#
6 Chest to Bar Pullups
9 Clapping Pushups
HSPU took me about 10 min and the six rounds took me about 25 min.
Bunch of cherry pickers! Come on Ali, time to push yourself... Even if you need to scale it until you get closer to next year. ;)
Im hitting this one today later this evening... Sure I will die a slow and painful death.
