Kipping hspus all the way. L pu's through about the round with 12 then dead hangs with the occasional mini-kip=30:19.

Did the press, push press, push jerk work out that I missed last week. PR set on the push press at 195# for 3. Jerks need a lot of work...just another thing to add to the list.
