I like it. I love the pics and I love reading everyone's comments.
laI didn't look much until recently because I spent a lot of time doing Starting Strength and other programming when I first started at GSX. But now that I am doing the GSX WODs I really like checking out the blog. Plus, I really like the community feel it provides.
Love the blog! Even though I haven't been commenting as much lately(school year hustle), I still check it at least two to three times a day. It really has been a great addition to the whole gym experience. I'm sure it gets tiring Mike but keep up the awesome work! I need it like I need coffee.
like i've said before mike, i think it's one of the best blogs out there. now when are you gonna post the video i sent you?? next oly day? i can only hope.
love the blog! I am in a CrossFit slump, can't seem to get back in the groove. My knee has set me back, but I know I need to get back in there...it's getting close to "jeans" season!
I love the blog. Even though I don't do the classes much, I like to see what everyone else is doing. We have some really funny people out there! I love the back and forth and the community feel.
I check it several times a day. It helps in the motivation department especially on those days I'm not really feeling it. Mike you're doing a great job, keep it up! Only suggestion is more class pics if possible.
ps. my wife just walk in and asked "what are you doing, are you on the gsx blog AGAIN?"
Mike, how can we get you more pictures? Should we take them with our own cameras and upload them to the GSX Picassa Gallery or maybe we leave an official camera at the gym for the front desk to upload?
You let us know. We really don't expect for you to make it up there everyday just to take pictures.
The blog is great! There is always someone that you are chasing and what better way to see where you need to be, unless you make it to class with that person. Not to mention it gives me something to do at work, my boss had suggested something along the lines of actually working while I am here, but I tried that and it isn't fun at all.
I'll try to get more pics of the morning classes. That would be real kickass to get videos of people's lift so they can breakdown faults and figure out what cues and corrections they need. It's difficult to give 10 people good feedback on their form at once.
Photos are always tough to take care of with one instructor per class. Instructors are encouraged to take them when possible.
If anyone has photos from a class to submit, drop me an email at miked@gsxathletics.com and I'll try to get them in. No hands, and no handstands please. Freaky Five Fingers will likely get cropped out or otherwise ridiculed.
Thank you all for the kind words, and I am very happy you enjoy this little project. Much heart, thought, and humor goes into it daily.
It is a must in the Parker house. Sometimes I don't look at it to give myself a "surprise" but as soon as I do Alaina calls. After I hear "OMG! Have you seen todays workout?!" I can't resist. Mike you are doing an awesome job. Thanks for your hard work.
Love the blog! I think I looked atleast 5 times so far today and i didnt even come to workout today. I like seeing how people did that day and reading all the comments. Great job mike!

Ps it's good to have Vanessa back and Ali says that Chuck is really nice and knowledgeable too. Great job on Randy too!
I check the blog a ton, but really don't post enough. I've been following the musings, pictures, and posts since before the move.
We all need to push to get more people active and involved in the blog. Competition will inspire more PRs than willpower alone.
Thanks, Raif. Good to be back and I thought you might notice that Randy time. ;)
I saw Ali for the first time in forever the other day. I'm gonna steal her Lulus!

Oh, I wish I were the first comment because you know I've always been the blogs # 1 fan (ok, maybe #2 behind Kristy). Love it!! Thank you.

I check the blog several times a day so needless to say I really enjoy it.
I do wish that more people would include their pictures on their blog profiles. Speaking of which I should go and change mine soon.....
